LABS launches flagship workspace in Bloomsbury
Workspace provider LABS has officially launched its flagship property in Bloomsbury, London.
LABS House is the company’s new nine-storey flagship workspace, with 96,100 sq ft of coworking and events spaces, offices, communal areas and full-service dining.
The building is the latest addition to LABS’ portfolio of workspace properties across North London, housing companies such as Slater & Gordon, Half Hitch Gin, fintech brand Curve and food delivery app Camden Eats.
With the newly opened Bloomsbury flagship property already at 80 per cent capacity, LABS is planning to expand further with new spaces planned to open in Holborn and Camden later this year.
LABS COO Dotan Weiner commented: “As a business, LABS has the stability of a £3 billion property portfolio behind it and impressive proprietary tech platform with which to operate its workspaces.
“With the launch of LABS House we are targeting major growth, with the goal of doubling our membership by the end of 2019.”
