Fashion label steps out in Soho with latest store opening
Shaftesbury PLC has announced that fashion label Folk is opening a new store in Soho’s Berwick Street.
Founded in 2002, Folk specialises in casual clothing with a modern British influence, with the new store offering a range of menswear and womenswear.
Folk is the latest addition to Shaftesbury’s portfolio, which includes 39 shops and 31 restaurants, bars and cafes in the Soho area.
Designed collaboratively alongside sculptor Paul Vanstone and Racing Atelier, the store’s decor will combine minimalist features and clean lines with intricate in-store fittings.
Addy Williams, senior retail portfolio manager at Shaftesbury says: “Folk is a welcome addition to Berwick Street’s already-thriving fashion offering, joining the likes of Oliver Spencer, Universal Works and Clarks Originals.
“Shaftesbury has long established Soho as a hub for contemporary fashion and will continue to bring new and influential brands to the destination.”
