London live-in care specialist acquired by Sodexo

International food services and facilities management group Sodexo has acquired live-in care specialist The Good Care Group.

Offering a range of services across sectors such as private, education, health and military, this acquisition will allow Sodexo to strengthen its UK care proposition alongside existing offering Prestige Nursing + Care.

Headquartered in London, The Good Care Group specialises in offering tailored live-in care across the country to assist independent living and meet complex needs.

The acquisition will see The Good Care Group and Prestige Nursing + Care brought together as Sodexo’s UK home care business, led by Prestige’s Jonathan Bruce as CEO and Good Care Group’s Belinda Berkeley as managing director.
