Refurbished York office from £53.3m deal offers workspace for businesses
An office building in York’s city centre has been refurbished and brought to market as a modern workspace.
Situated on Museum Street in the centre of the city, the 5,500 sq ft space offers open plan offices and communal areas, and is also home to eight retail and cafe units including Costa Coffee.
Following the building’s acquisition in 2017 as part of a £53.3m deal, refurbishment work was carried on behalf of Palace Capital by to revive the offices and create spaces for local businesses.
The development of the new office building comes after work began on Palace Capital’s Hudson Quarter redevelopment earlier in the year.
