Farmer J to launch in-house cocktail bar at London Bridge
Farmtray food concept Farmer J has announced the launch of new bar The Shouk in its home near London Bridge.
Less than a year after the opening of the Farmer J eatery in King William Street, the company is expanding on its knowledge of locally-sourced ingredients to open the cocktail bar.
Drawing on inspiration from Israeli city Tel Aviv, The Shouk will feature a tile clad bar with brass fittings, lime-washed brickwork and concrete walls, lit with spherical pendant lights.
Set to open next month, the bar will offer a range of Mediterranean dishes from its main menu.
Farmer J Founder Jonathan Recanati says, “It’s time for Farmer J to plough the next field, so we’re looking forward to opening our first bar and inviting guests to enjoy long evenings with us over cocktails and tapas inspired plates.”
