International B2B media business acquired by Bonhill Group
London-based B2B media business Bonhill Group has announced its acquisition of international company Last Word Media.
Founded in 2005, Last Word offers B2B media services across the world, with 71 staff based in its London head office, another eight staff in Hong Kong and three staff in Singapore.
The deal was advised by Yorkshire firm Gordons, acting on behalf of the shareholders of Last Word Media.
Jamie Hinchliffe, group managing director and co-founder of Last Word Media, commented: “We are delighted to have completed this deal and look forward to a new future for the Last Word brands, backed by the expertise and scale of the Bonhill team.”
Speaking about the deal he added: “This was a new experience for us but the Gordons team were superb, a pleasure to work with and we were very happy with the service levels and outputs.”
Bonhill Group specialises in business information, live events and data & insight in the technology, financial services and diversity sectors, with flagship titles including InvestmentNews, Growth Company Investor, Information Age and What Investment.
