New property maintenance firm wins MyLo luxury estates contract
Property maintenance company Wright Maintenance has secured a service contract with rental housing specialist Greystar two months after launching.
The new property maintenance arm of building services provider J S Wright will be managing 172 properties in Greystar’s three MyLo luxury estates across London.
Parent company J S Wright initially installed systems in MyLo Nine Elms Point, MyLo Fulham Riverside and MyLo Aldgate estates, which will be maintained by the new property arm.
News of the contract follows the establishment of Wright Maintenance in February 2019 as a residential division of its parent company, which was founded in Birmingham in 1890 and has offices in London and Bristol.
Toby Guise, associate director for Wright Maintenance, said: “We are delighted that a global leader in rental housing has turned to our experience and expertise in providing property management services to service such an exclusive set of apartments throughout warranty periods and beyond.”
