London property lending platform launches to private investors
Secured property lender Fitzrovia Finance this week opens its £100m platform to private investors.
Established in 2017 by London-based parent company Alpha Real Capital group, the firm offers an alternative to mainstream lenders, lending money to property businesses looking to borrow between £1m and £15m for projects.
Having made over £100m of loans secured against circa £170m of property for institutional investors, Fitzrovia has expanded its proposition to include private investors.
Phillip Rose, chairman of Fitzrovia Finance, explained: “The launch of Fitzrovia Finance provides further evidence that the online lending arena is entering a new phase, marked by experienced players from established business sectors launching institutional quality platforms to offer the best of the old and the new.
“Fitzrovia Finance is combining the established group’s lending pedigree with the efficiency, value and open access of its platform to offer investors more choice, better service and a stronger focus on security.”
