Natural pet food specialist to boost global growth with Eastern expansion
Natural pet food producer Lily’s Kitchen has plans to double its international business in 2019 with a focus on Europe, Middle East and Asia.
The London-based company, which already operates in 12 countries, has plans to enter Singapore and Taiwan in May, with entry to South Korea and Japan scheduled for June.
This strategic plan follows recent growth for the company with Lily’s Kitchen achieving a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 31 per cent since 2014, holding a 30 per cent share of the UK’s premium natural pet food category.
Founded by entrepreneur Henrietta Morrison ten years ago, the firm is now led by CEO David Milner working alongside Henrietta and already has a strong presence in France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany.
David Milner, CEO of Lily’s Kitchen, commented: “It’s an exciting category with the growth of premium natural pet food exploding globally.
“I am looking forward to working with Henrietta to help the team realise the brand’s potential – making an even bigger stamp on this growing category, both at home and across carefully selected international markets.”
