£1m investment brings four new tenants to revamped office space
A £1m investment and makeover has resulted in four new businesses joining a central Team Valley office space.
Property agency Knight Frank has secured four new occupiers for the newly revamped Enterprise House on Kingsway North following a £1m revamp of the property.
The building, owned by landlord UK Land Estates, sits on the main road running through the Gateshead industrial area, and is almost fully occupied three months after the completion of the makeover.
Digital marketing consultancy Digital Allies, publisher Remember Media; software specialist Genisys Technology Solutions and wealth management firm St James Place have all taken space in the new building, with only one vacant unit remaining.
Partner at Knight Frank Newcastle, Patrick Matheson, commented: “The £1m investment in upgrading the facilities has paid off and the property’s prime location has attracted a lot of interest.”
“Our client UK Land Estates had actually forecast for letting the offices within a two-year period so to have four out of five taken within three months is fantastic.”
