Host of new faces at Shakespeare Martineau Milton Keynes

Law firm Shakespeare Martineau has announced a number of new joiners, including a private client associate, to expand its Milton Keynes office.

Matt Parr makes the move to Milton Keynes from Shakespeare Martineau’s Birmingham office. An associate in the firm’s private client team, Matt specialises in trusts and inheritance and capital gains tax planning including the preparation of wills. He will be heading up the team which includes Emily Izzo, who has risen through the ranks at the firm and is now a private client solicitor.

The Private Client team can advise on all aspects of succession planning together with estate administration, lasting powers of attorneys and Court of Protection matters.

Mohammed Faiz has also recently been welcomed into the Milton Keynes office. Faiz is a corporate and commercial solicitor focusing on corporate advice, mergers and acquisitions, company law and commercial law.

The team in the firm’s Milton Keynes office offer advice across a broad legal spectrum, including corporate and commercial law, family law, commercial and residential conveyancing, and private client.
