Clough & Willis adds to Residential Property team with new residential conveyancer appointment
Law firm Clough & Willis has grown its Residential Property team with the appointment of Marjorie Lord who joins the department as a residential conveyancer.
During her career Marjorie has held positions in both private practice and in-house and for the past few years she has worked as a locum at several firms.
She specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases, remortgage work, advising landlords and tenants, sales and purchases at auction and the purchases of freeholds. She also has experience of dealing with Private Client matters.
Marjorie will now work alongside the other four members of the Residential Property team including Lorraine Stratton-Webb who heads up the department.
Lorraine commented: “Marjorie is an experienced residential conveyancing specialist so we are delighted that she is now part of our growing team.”
Whilst Marjorie said of her appointment: “I’ve known about Clough & Willis for many years and it felt like the right firm for me when I decided to move away from locum work. My focus is now on helping my new colleagues to deliver a first class service to our clients.”
