Cocktail concept expands London presence with fourth bar
A cocktail bar chain is set to expand across the capital with a new premises in South London.
Property agent CDG Leisure has secured a 2,500 ft premises in Brixton on behalf of cocktail specialist Tequila Mockingbird.
Located at 64 Atlantic Road, formerly the site of burger restaurant Dip and Flip, the new bar and party space is expected to open in September following a full refurbishment.
The Brixton bar is the latest Tequila Mockingbird venue to launch in London, with venues already open in Clapham, Putney and Tooting.
Jon Bas, director of Tequila Mockingbird, commented: “Brixton is an excellent location with a brilliant nightlife and good atmosphere.
“Tequila Mockingbird will meet the demand for a space that moves from early evening to night, whether visitors are looking for a cosy date venue or to come and party to our DJ sets until 2am.”

“The venue will fit in perfectly with Brixton’s buzzing leisure scene and makes a great addition to its nightlife.”
