‘Idyllic’ Harrogate village development to deliver 33 new homes
A new residential village development in Yorkshire is set to come to the market later this month.
West House Gardens, situated in Birstwith in the Nidderdale Valley, is set to launch at the end of August.
Brought to market by developer Newby, the site sits six miles east of Harrogate offering 33 new three, four and five-bedroom properties.
Covering five acres of land, all of the new homes will feature private parking and gardens, with the first completions are expected in the autumn.
Anthony Mackle, sales and marketing director at Newby, commented: “We are delighted to be opening up West House Gardens for the first time and to be able to release more information about the development and the homes contained within.
“We expect this to be an extremely popular site – Birstwith is an idyllic and welcoming community, set in stunning countryside in the Nidderdale valley, yet conveniently close to the wonderful town of Harrogate.”
