Tolent Homes' first development set to deliver 100 new homes

Property specialist Tolent Homes has unveiled its first ever show homes in a new development in County Durham.

The firm launched the show homes at its inaugural development Hardwick Grange in Sedgefield in an official opening by local business owners and the development’s first buyers, Lilly Grundy and Jakob Ho.

Hardwick Grange is the first development under the Tolent Homes brand for Gateshead-based contractor Tolent.

Comprising a mix of three, four and five bedroom homes, the development will see a total of 100 new properties built over the next three years.

Situated close to Hardwick Hall and Park, this semi-rural setting also has approximately 1200 sq m of green space built into the design, as well as the development of designated park and cycle routes and forest pathways which aim to provide a village-like feel.
