80 new jobs for Newcastle as local fintech provider reveals 2020 recruitment drive
Newcastle Strategic Solutions has revealed 80 new regional jobs as the first phase of a new investment drive set to see continuing recruitment in 2020.
The North Tyneside-based online savings technology and services provider is looking to fill an additional 80 roles, adding to its existing 600-strong colleague team, based at Cobalt Park and Newcastle’s city centre.
Business growth as well as ‘positive’ half-year business results have supposedly upped investment in the fintech firm. Mainly tech-focused, the new roles could support complex projects, including launching new banks and developing new services for existing clients.
Solutions’ managing director, Phil Grand, said: “This is a major moment in our history and development. Our work has earned us an enviable reputation in the market as the best at what we do.
“We’re at a significant point where we need more talented people to join our amazing team and play a key part in delivering the next chapter in the success story of our Solutions business.”
He added: “Newcastle Strategic Solutions offers an exciting, friendly workplace, with great opportunities for self-development. A place where colleagues can realise their potential and do their best work.”
Solutions, which is part of Newcastle Building Society, has seen its clients win many awards from its services.
