Promotions at Teesside’s Endeavour Partnership
Following celebrations to mark Endeavour Partnership’s 20th anniversary at the start of August, the firm has announced four further promotions.
Alongside the anniversary celebrations, Theresa Carling and Martin McKinnell became partners and, now, four other members of staff are taking on new roles.
James Butler, from Endeavour Partnership’s Corporate and Commercial team, and Natalie Kay, part of the firm’s Commercial Property team, have been promoted to senior associates. Both joined the firm in 2012 as trainee solicitors.
Sean Jackson, who arrived at Endeavour Partnership as a trainee solicitor in 2015, has been promoted from a solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team to an associate. Amy Dufferwiel, who joined the firm in 2017, has qualified as a solicitor in the firm’s Commercial Disputes team.
Managing partner, Lee Bramley, said: “Nurturing our staff and encouraging career development is one of Endeavour Partnership’s top priorities. It’s vital that we retain talent in the region rather than experience a ‘brain-drain’. We get some exceptional graduates from north-east universities and work hard to develop our staff.
“It’s great to see these in-house promotions which, in turn, creates vacancies within the firm for new talent to join as we continue to expand.”
Endeavour Partnership is one of the North East’s longest-established commercial law firms employing a team of 62, providing expert advice on a range of business law matters including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, employment and HR, commercial property and corporate recovery and insolvency.
Endeavour Partnership is the only legal firm on Teesside recommended by the prestigious Chambers and Partners Guide for its Corporate, Commercial Property and Insolvency teams, as well as for a number of its staff. In addition, Endeavour Partnership is also recognised as one of the North East’s leading corporate and commercial practices in the Legal 500.
