Yorkshire recruitment firm expands into new premises in tenth year of business
A Yorkshire firm has expanded into new premises in Rotherham as it celebrates its tenth year in business.
Recruitment consultancy Andy File Associates has relocated its Wickersley office into larger premises in the heart of the Rotherham village.
Founded in 2009 by Andy File, the firm specialises in recruitment for accounts and commercial, apparel and merchandising, exhibitions and events, facilities management, IT, legal, technical and engineering, sales and marketing.
Starting out with just £20k investment, the company has grown to a 10-strong team across the region, with three offices in Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster
Half of the team at Andy File Associates are now based out of the new Wickersley office, located opposite Tanyard Shopping Centre.
Founder Andy File explained: “We are extremely proud to be celebrating our tenth year in business and coupled with our recent office move this is a great time for the business.
“We had previously opened an office in Wickersley to help staff, who were commuting into Sheffield from Rotherham on a daily basis. A good work-life balance is at the core of the business and has proved essential in staff retention and performance.”
