OnTheMarket partners with "biggest housebuilder in Britain" in first listing agreement
Property portal OnTheMarket has teamed up with Barratt Developments in its first housebuilder portal listing and advertising agreement.
The deal will see OnTheMarket list residential developments and properties for sale from the developer’s three consumer brands, Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes and Barratt London.
The firm anticipates by partnering with Barratt Developments, which sold almost 18,000 homes in the first half of 2019, will expand its offering while meeting the growing demand for UK housing.
