Leisure property specialist relocates HQ ahead of 200th year in business
A leisure property specialist dating back to 1820 is set to relocate its London headquarters in a move to reflect the ‘modern direction’ of the business.
Leisure property specialist Fleurets has announced the relocation of their head office to 20-22 Bedford Row in London at the end of this month.
Exclusively specialising in the sale and valuation of hotels, restaurants, pubs and leisure properties, Fleurets was founded in 1820 and has seven offices across the country.
The firm, which will celebrate 200 years in business next year, has previously occupied offices across the capital including Bloomsbury Square and most recently Roger Street off Gray’s Inn Road.
Graeme Bunn, managing director of Fleurets commented: “After 15 years in Roger Street, and the expiry of our lease, we took the opportunity to relocate to a new home which provides more functional accommodation and which reflects the modern direction of the business.
“We are delighted to welcome Aviva as our new landlord, and are equally delighted that we have a number of pubs to investigate as our new local!”
