Making a stand with North East event company
A NORTH EAST event company is hoping to help even more businesses stand out from the crowd, with the appointment of three new staff.
Along with organising a wide range of events across the UK, JC Events, based at Trinity Green, South Shields, creates bespoke exhibition stands for companies around the country.
And because of the number of recent contacts won, company MD Jacqui Chapman is expanding the exhibition department, with the addition of a new sales manager and two more joiners.
The company, which handles everything from design and manufacture to installation and storage, is well known for its imaginative events, prop hire and state-of-the-art AV production.
But the sudden growth in its exhibition division has led to the expansion – bringing the number of staff across the company to 14.
“The exhibition side of the company is constantly growing and we are delighted to welcome new team members to help us manage this side of the business,” said Jacqui.
“The fact that we build the stands from scratch to a business’ specification is something that we have a great reputation for, particularly for a company that wants to make a real impact.
“The sheer number of exhibitions that we are now being asked to support meant that it makes total sense to bring in new and experienced staff.”
JC Events also offers a complete event organising service, covering everything from conferences, themed dinners, corporate balls and award ceremonies.
The company also has a vast stock of themed props ranging from sequined table covers, zoo animals, lighting and quirky furniture.
