Acquisition of Leeds digital marketing firm secures 15 jobs
The acquisition of a Yorkshire digital marketing business by a Dutch-backed firm has saved 15 jobs.
Success Flow Digital Ltd has been acquired by Dutch internet group YouWe for an undisclosed sum.
The deal follows the firm’s entry into administration, with Kris Wigfield and Joanne Hammond of Sheffield corporate restructuring specialist Begbies Traynor appointed as joint administrators.
Based at Leeds Dock, Success Flow Digital was established eight years ago as a martech consultancy offering combined knowledge across marketing and technology.
The acquisition will see the firm join the YouWe group, a full service digital agency based in the Netherlands which offers services such as e-commerce, data and intelligence, design, digital marketing and staffing.
Joint administrator Kris Wigfield commented: “It’s good to see that this established Leeds consultancy will have a more secure future ahead as part of a larger business, with all 15 jobs in Leeds being preserved and enabling it to continue to trade.”
