Healthcare firm expands reach with £16.6m London and Yorkshire contract extensions
Healthcare specialist Totally has announced its subsidiary Vocare Limited has secured two contract extensions worth £16.6m.
The firm has confirmed it has secured extensions of its £10.6m South West London NHS 111 & GP Out of Hours and £6m Scarborough Integrated Urgent Care contracts.
The extensions will see services in South West London extended to September next year, while the Scarborough contract will now run until March 2022.
The news comes less than a week after Totally announced the launch of its new healthcare insourcing business in order to reduce NHS waiting times.
Wendy Lawrence, CEO of Totally, commented: “As we continue to strengthen our partnership with the NHS, we are delighted to announce Vocare has secured further significant contract extensions.
“Such extensions are significant achievements in our business and are a great reflection of the work our staff are doing in delivering quality care to the high standards required by commissioners.
“We look forward to continuing to develop our services and offerings in all the regions in which we operate and to working closely with the teams on the ground in South West London and Scarborough.”
