Leeds industrial units come to market following completion
Two new industrial units in Leeds are set to meet demand for industrial accommodation in the city.
Local firm J Pullan & Sons has completed the development of the two units at Whitehall Point in Leeds, totalling 45,000 sq ft.
Speculatively developed, the completed units are 31,500 sq ft and 13,500 sq ft, featuring fully fitted first floor office accommodation and large secure external service yards.
Situated 2.5 miles south west of Leeds City Centre, the new units are being marketed by CBRE’s industrial agency team.
Sophie Angus, senior surveyor at CBRE’s Leeds industrial agency team, commented: “High quality warehouses of this size in Leeds are few and far between and as such we are witnessing pent up demand for units of this nature.
“The two units are set to hit the market at an opportune time and we expect them to be well received.”
