Google-backed firm lands customer wins following $15m fundraise
A CRM system backed by Google Cloud has announced a range of new domestic and international client wins.
Copper, a G-Suite customer relationship management system, has secured new clients across the UK and Europe in the same year as raising $15m.
Copper’s new CEO Dennis Fois explained: “We are thrilled to announce that this year that we have successfully expanded our growth in the UK and Europe, including the likes of Shanti Hospitality and Colourcake, helping businesses to develop long lasting relationships with their customers, driving growth and streamlining workflows.”
Copper specialises in CRM systems for all company departments, built to integrate with Google G Suite.
The contract wins follow the firm’s closure of a $15m Series-C funding round led by GV, Norwest Venture Partners and True Ventures, as well as securing a partnership with tech firm Docusign.
Copper will invest the new funding to further Copper’s global expansion and reach. Dennis continued: “Copper’s mission has always been to change the CRM market for good, and this year has been firm testament to the progress we are making.”
