Investors In People Silver Success
Thirteen has recently received a visit from Investors in People, which has reaffirmed its Silver status, and said that good progress is being made towards Gold.
Investors In People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively. Its accreditation enables organisations like Thirteen to benchmark against the best in the business.
Heather Ashton, executive director of resources, said:
“At Thirteen we’ve achieved so much in the last 12 months and this year’s focus was to look at the distance travelled with the implementation of our Neighbourhood Operating Model.
“Our Neighbourhoods team spoke highly of the model and praised our managers and Directors for the implementation of this approach. One year on it’s a roaring success.
“Well done to everyone involved!”
The interviews were carried out by an independent assessor, who interviewed staff to get their opinions on Thirteen as a place to work, from the opportunities it provides to the benefits it offers.
