Workspace Group boosts capital with £15.8m London office disposal
A flexible workspace specialist has completed a sale of a London office building in a £15.8m disposal deal.
Workspace Group has sold Quality Court off Chancery Lane in Holborn to an unnamed buyer.
Comprising 17,000 sq. ft. of net lettable space over five storeys, the Grade II listed building was sold in a deal that represents a 3 per cent premium on its September valuation.
Specialising in London office and studio space, Workspace Group hopes that the disposal will boost its capital and pave the way for further growth.
Graham Clemett, chief executive officer of Workspace, commented: “We are pleased to have made this sale of a small office building at a premium to book value, providing capital to recycle into our project pipeline and new acquisitions.”
