Trio of global brand flagships launch in London's West End
Three international fashion and accessory brands have chosen London’s West End as the home of their new flagship locations.
Indian leatherwear label Kompanero and Scandinavian brands Nudie Jeans and Rains have all taken space in Seven Dials for their UK flagship stores, according to property specialist Shaftesbury.
Set to open its doors later this week at 53 Neal Street, Kompanero - from the Spanish word for ‘companion’ - the brand specialises in bags made from ethically manufactured leather and natural materials.
Swedish brand Nudie Jeans has taken a unit at 57-59 Monmouth Street, specialising in sustainable denim through ethical production processes, an upcycling re-use program, and a free repair service.
In addition, Danish company Rains has launched its third London location at 20 Earlham Street with a 700 sq ft store, functioning as a concept space to host events, customisation, exclusives and its limited-edition fashion collections.
Samantha Bain-Mollison, group retail strategy & leasing at Shaftesbury commented: “The line-up of new international brands we’ve welcomed to Seven Dials throughout 2019 has been so exciting, and reflects our strategy of curating unique, cult-status retailers at the destination.
“We’re ending the year on a high note with this trio of flagships, each of will further strengthen the Seven Dials community, and set it apart as a prime destination.”
