Rob McLaren, managing director of 2KM (UK), said: “We had worked with PDS for some time and the two companies complemented each other well. We were successfully distributing PDS products within the UK market.
“The creation of Dosis UK was the natural next step, utilising PDS’ sales expertise in growing the market with our distribution know-how and administration processes.” Dosis UK – the word is Latin for dispense – will be headed up by Rob and Gabriel de Galzain from PDS and based at Bromsgrove.

West Midlands law firm Higgs & Sons advised on the structuring and legal agreements relating to the joint venture, led by Head of Corporate Richard Griffiths.
Rob McLaren added: “I have worked with Richard and the team from Higgs on a number of projects, and he always brings clarity to the deals. He understands our business, interprets what is needed and gets on with it. He has again done a great job for us.”
Richard Griffiths, from Higgs & Sons, said: “We worked hard to ensure that this project was delivered smoothly and on time, and are delighted to see Dosis UK up and running. Bringing the different capabilities of PDS and 2KM together under one umbrella is a perfect fit and we look forward to working with the team again.”
