New Premises for Cascade as it begins 2020 set for growth
Cascade Cash Management has made an investment at the start of a new decade, to ensure that there’s the space for the innovative company to expand in response to customer demand.
Moving from Keel House in Newcastle upon Tyne, the eleven strong team will now be based out of new facilities at Marquis Court in Team Valley.
Speaking about the new office, MD Dr Emma Black says it is ideally placed for access to main roads, allowing the team easy travel to visit client, customers and partners.
The company, which has enjoyed organic growth following impressive investment into an innovative online savings account access portal two years ago, has now administered over £1 billion. Dr Emma Black, said:
“The time had come to expand into a space that offers flexibility over the coming decade as we begin the next stage of the development and subsequent roll-out of our technology platform. The focus is ultimately on Cascade owning its own building but to do that we need to respond to current needs, and right now we are in need of a larger office.
“Winning a number of awards, including recently acquiring a highly commended badge for the best savings product at the Financial Innovation Awards 2019, has positioned us in front of some great opportunities including some large clients who are ready to deposit sizable cash amounts. 2020 is going to be very exciting, with new challenges, new business milestones and lots of opportunities to grow.”
Cascade Cash Management is an independent and transparent service created to generate enhanced cash returns and increased protection on deposits through professional cash management.
The Cascade team of eleven administer cash savings on behalf of clients and depositors, who can also use the portal to administer their own savings. Partners including IFA’s, solicitors, attorneys, accountants and many more can also self-brand the product for presentation to their own clients.
As well as focusing on the wellbeing of clients, Cascade is developing a solid reputation as a good employer supporting colleagues through training and development, creating opportunities and encouraging team spirit.
