Key role with Resolution for head of family law at Bromleys

The head of family law at Tameside firm Bromleys has been recognised for his expertise by becoming an assessor for Resolution.

Resolution is an organisation of professionals who work with families and individuals to resolve issues such as divorce and separation in a constructive and non-confrontational way.

It is the largest membership organisation for family justice professionals in England and Wales, representing more than 6,500 people including solicitors, legal executives, barristers, financial experts, family mediators and therapists.

Keith Bull is accredited by Resolution as a family law specialist and collaborative law solicitor.

His accreditations span areas such as domestic abuse, finances, private children matters and cohabitation disputes relating to land and financial issues.

He has now been appointed as an assessor with Resolution.

The role sees him assess the core assignment being undertaken by those seeking admission to Resolution’s Specialist Accreditation Scheme, which recognises members who demonstrate excellence in family law and their areas of expertise.

Keith, who is one of only eight people to have this role, said: “I’m delighted to be given the opportunity to assist Resolution with its strict selection process, ensuring that the most capable and dedicated members are appointed to the scheme.”

Mark Hirst, senior partner at Bromleys, said: “Keith’s appointment as an assessor for Resolution is recognition of his experience and background in the area of family law, and everyone at the practice is delighted for him.”
