Skillcast wins Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2020
Skillcast has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for its managed e-learning and compliance platform. This is an independent seal of excellence that recognises Skillcast for delivering exceptional products and services, as rated and reviewed by verified clients.
To qualify for the Platinum Trusted Service Award, Skillcast had to demonstrate consistent excellence by winning the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for the past three consecutive years. The Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award recognises firms that have received at least 50 client reviews in a year with a service rating of over 4.5 out of 5. As all reviews are verified as genuine, this accreditation is a true reflection of a business’s commitment to outstanding service.
Vivek Dodd, COO at Skillcast, said: “We are delighted to be recognised as a Platinum Trusted Service, especially as it was based on feedback from our clients, who are the most important judges of all. It recognises how hard we work to give all our clients the best possible experience. Well done to everyone at Skillcast for your commitment to the highest quality of service, and listening to, understanding and responding to all our clients.”
Congratulating Skillcast on winning this year’s Platinum Award, Steph Heasman, Director of Customer Success at Feefo, commented: “Our Trusted Service Award has always been about recognising companies that go way beyond the norm in customer experience and generate great feedback from happy customers. The Platinum Award is earned by companies that achieve a Gold rating in three consecutive years. It’s a tough challenge and very well deserved by those that earn it.”
