Taste of world cuisine to come to STACK Seaburn with three new vendors announced
North East seaside venue STACK Seaburn has announced three new food vendors ahead of its launch this spring.
The new development is set to welcome family-run Mexican street food vendor Chapos Tacos, health-conscious Thai street food specialist Healthy Thaim and coffee shop Café YOLO.
Owned by the British-Mexican Chapman family, the Mexican container will specialise in a range of Mexican cuisine.
Gabriella Chapman, co-owner of Chapos Tacos, commented: “Our aim is to give the North of England the great Mexican street food experience. I am originally from Mexico City, which is dubbed the capital of street food tacos.”
Specialising in health-conscious Thai cuisine, Healthy Thaim has received support from Slimming World followers with a menu offering dishes that are zero syns.
Café YOLO, which has a unit in STACK Newcastle, will serve a selection of breakfasts, lunches, pancakes and baked goods alongside coffee and other hot beverages.
Neill Winch, CEO of The Danieli Group, explained: “We are really pleased to be welcoming on board another two businesses that are local to Seaburn but are offering visitors the chance to eat authentic cuisine from across the world.
“We now only have a couple of street food units available to fill and by the time we open there will be a really wide choice of street food options to please everyone including; vegans, vegetarians and the healthy conscious eaters.”
