A collection of ‘industrial-luxe’ properties has launched at an £83m mixed-use development in Southwark.
Galliard Homes and Acorn Property Group have announced the launch of the new two-bedroom apartments at the Newham’s Yard development.
The first of the three residential buildings launched at Newham’s Yard is located at 153 Tower Bridge Road, with development partners Galliard and Acorn set to launch the second building in the summer.
David Galman, sales director of Galliard Homes commented: “Galliard Homes are delighted with the success of Newham’s Yard so far, and have no doubt this success will continue as the two-bedroom apartments are launched.
“Their industrial-luxe design, high-specification and prominent location in Southwark will be very popular among locals, Newham’s Yard is set to act as a new communal hub for the local area.”
Melanie Omirou, group managing director at Acorn Property Group added: “Acorn Property Group are excited to unveil the two-bedroom apartments at Newham’s Yard, following the sales success of the one-bedroom apartments at the development.
“The collection of two-bedroom apartments embodies the spirit of South Bank through their design and specification, which we envision will be well received amongst buyers.”
