Yorkshire headhunting firm expands with 30 per cent growth in 2019

A Yorkshire headhunting agency has announced UK and international expansion following 30 per cent growth for the third year in a row.

Red Diamond Executive Headhunters, which operates globally, has announced that it saw a 30 per cent business growth in 2019, mirroring similar performance in 2018 and 2017.

Operating out of its head office in Huddersfield and the United Arab Emirates, the firm specialises in placing business leaders and senior management across the UK and the Middle East.

The company also has plans to recruit additional employees, further increasing the headcount which currently stands at six full time employees and four consultants.

Managing director Emma Robinson, who co-founded Red Diamond with her partner Simon Robinson in 2010, said: “The past 18 months have been an exciting time for us as we work hard to achieve our ambitions to be industry leaders, supported by a strong period of growth and welcoming new talent and expertise to our team.

“This major boost is a reflection of increased business opportunities, industry expertise, and a demand for suitable executive talent to manage businesses worldwide.

“We project a healthy year ahead, with plans to open a second UK office and expand internationally.

“We’re constantly looking at ways to stay ahead of the competition and have big plans for the way we work from a digital perspective.”
