Brookson Group announces Andrew Fahey as Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Fahey has been announced as Chief Executive Officer of Brookson Group, the tech-enabled professional services platform for the entire supply chain, offering accountancy, legal, tax, payroll and Vendor Management solutions.

Brookson Group, which includes Brookson One, Brookson Legal, Brookson Financial, Intouch Accounting and Plus Us is headquartered in Warrington, Cheshire, with over 350 employees across the UK. It has helped over 90,000 customers to deal with the complexities, uncertainties and compliance challenges of contract work, starting and growing businesses over the last 20 years and has over 40,000 users of their professional services platform. As part of a wider internal restructure, which also sees the Group’s previous CEO, Martin Hesketh, move to a Non-Executive Director (NED) role on the Brookson Board, the announcement confirms Brookson Group’s continued commitment to supporting the UK’s flexible workforce supply chain as it continues to grow and evolve.

With the imminent roll-out of the IR35 tax legislation in the private sector, the Brookson Group has already pivoted to find new ways to support contractors, recruiters and hirers alike. Andrew will now apply his 20 years of experience at Brookson to lead the Group forward. He will be instrumental in identifying new growth areas for the business, including the continued development of products and services in the post-IR35 world.

Commenting on his new role, Andrew said: “The flexible labour market continues to grow and will remain an instrumental part of the UK economy moving forwards.
