Yorkshire estates firm signs duo of deals at Wakefield industrial development
Two new property deals have been completed at an industrial development in West Yorkshire.
Glentrool Estates Group has welcomed two expanding companies, KDV Flow and Smart Metal Solutions, to its Tadman Street development in Wakefield.
KDV Flow are an Australian-based company, who supply diaphragm valves, while Smart Metal Solutions offer a design, manufacturing and installation service for balustrades and railings.
Both firms have taken 4,797 sq ft of trade property space on five-year leases at the site, which sits close to Junction 39 of the M1.
Lauren O’Toole, property portfolio manager for Glentrool, commented: “We are delighted to welcome both KDV Flow and Smart Metal Solutions to Wakefield.
“Both are expanding companies, who have identified our development as the best place for their new premises. We wish them both the best of luck.”
