Growing law firm expands North West footprint with Bolton office on leading business park
One of the North West’s leading law firms, Bond Turner, has recently doubled its occupancy at Orbit Development’s Middlebrook Business and Retail Park in Bolton.
In addition to its Liverpool HQ, the specialist law firm now occupies 19,400 sq ft on the first and second floors of the prestigious Parklands 5B building as part of their growth plans, and to take advantage of the legal talent in Manchester.
Founded in 2006 Bond Turner is part of the Anexo Group plc. Anexo is a specialist integrated credit hire and legal services group focussed on providing replacement vehicles to consumers who have been involved in a non-fault accident. Bond Turner is the dedicated legal division of the Group that specialises in complex claims.
Although based in the North West, the firm provides support nationwide and has clients across England and Wales. There are 100 senior litigators working for Bond Turner, including Grade A solicitors and in-house barristers at the top of their field of expertise.
Managing Director Sam Moss said that the Parklands property had won them over with its excellent transport links. “This has helped us to attract a team of exceptional litigators and increase capacity to deliver fantastic results for our clients.”
She continued: “As well as being a good location for us, it is a great environment for our people. We firmly believe that the working environment is a pivotal part of business success. It is Important that our people are working in an office that is an enjoyable place to be – our new employees have been central to the culture that has developed in Bond Turner – there is an infectious energy and very friendly atmosphere here.
“When new starters join they are made to feel immediately at home and the modern facilities at the Parklands office are a great support to our teams.”
On Orbit’s role during the expansion phase Sam added: “The Orbit team has been fantastic by enabling us to occupy an additional floor at the Parklands in a relatively short space of time. They have been extremely helpful.”
Simon Clarke-Williams, Leasing Director for Orbit, said Parklands offered a perfect space for Bond Turner, close to local amenities and within easy reach of an extensive road network across Greater Manchester and beyond. “We have succeeded in finding a great solution for Sam and her team to help them expand quickly in Parklands and we wish them every success in Bolton.”
Parklands 5B is the latest office development within Parklands office park and benefits from an extensive range of amenities at the neighbouring Middlebrook Retail Park.
Middlebrook extends to over 200 acres and includes offices, industrial, warehouse, retail and leisure space and is one of the largest out of town mixed use developments in the UK.
