Over 75% of Docklands residential development forward-sold ahead of completion
A residential development in East London set to deliver hundreds of new homes has been forward sold ahead of its scheduled completion next year.
Property developer Galliard Homes has announced that the majority of its Orchard Wharf development in Canning Town has secured 78 per cent forward sales ahead of completion.
Situated off Silvocea Way, the development will provide 338 apartments across 288,000 sq ft when it launches in Q3 2021.
