TeesAMP developer launches new regeneration venture
The developer behind the £55m Tees Advanced Manufacturing Plant (TeesAMP) has launched a new venture focused on regeneration projects.
Tees Valley-based property developer Geoff Hogg has launched Chaloner Group in order to expand outside of the region.
Chaloner Group, which delivers regeneration projects from concept through to completion, has already developed relationships with local authorities, government agencies and investors.
Geoff Hogg commented: “Bringing together all of our property development portfolio under one umbrella will strengthen our presence in the market and increase our focus on expanding our footprint into other key regional locations.
“The Chaloner Group brings together decades of property development expertise, enhancing communities by delivering high quality commercial and residential schemes.
“In addition to the strong pipeline of activity planned in Middlesbrough and the Tees Valley, I am keen to build on our track record with developments across the UK.”
