Leeds solicitor reports record 27 per cent turnover growth

A Leeds solicitors office has announced that its team has seen a record turnover for this financial year.

Blacks Solicitors reported today that its corporate and commercial team has seen a 27 per cent increase in turnover, marking its fourth consecutive year of growth.

The company said that the growth was due to expansion of the team, as well as 130 new clients during the period.

Dave Paterson, partner in the corporate and commercial team, commented: “The past year has seen us complete a significant number of deals and deliver exceptional advice to our clients, and the team has been fantastic in making sure we continue to fulfil our promise of outstanding service.

“We’ve seen transactional work slow as a result of the coronavirus, which is a reflection of the merger and acquisition market generally.
