Ferrari expands regional footprint with new North Tyneside showroom
Luxury car brand Ferrari has expanded its North East presence with the opening of a new service centre and approved showroom just outside of Newcastle.
Auto dealer JCT600 has completed a five month project to create the centre and showroom at Silverlink Business Park in North Tyneside.
Creating four jobs initially, the new workshop has four service bays as well as two fully-trained Ferrari technicians.
In addition, customers will be able to view up to six pre-owned Ferrari cars from the brand’s back catalogue in the showroom.
Tom Armstrong, brand director for JCT600’s specialist brands, commented: “Having partnered with Ferrari for over 40 years, this investment marks our continued commitment to strengthening our relationship with one of the most coveted car marques in the world as well as expanding our offering to customers in the North East.
“This is an ideal opportunity to establish Ferrari’s presence in Newcastle. Our facilities here will give Ferrari customers the convenience of carrying out servicing and repairs close to home as well as complementing our full Ferrari showroom in Leeds.”
