London talent specialist to accelerate global growth with £850k funding

A London-based talent specialist has secured £850k funding to support its international growth plans.

MBA and Company Consultancy Ltd, trading as Talmix, has secured the funding from SME funder Bibby Financial Services (BFS).

Talmix, which uses data-driven technology to connect talent with businesses, has over 60,000 users across 150 countries.

The funding will be used to support the firm’s international growth plans by supporting entry to new overseas markets.

Sandeep Dhillon, CEO at Talmix, commented: “We’re committed to driving our talent acquisition offering into new regions internationally, so it’s crucial we have the funding in place to support our ambitions.

“The funding from BFS gives us the security and working capital we need to push forward and achieve our goals. We were super impressed with the team’s understanding of our business and how quickly they were able to structure a flexible facility that met our needs.”

Tom Stewart, corporate manager at Bibby Financial Services, added: “Talmix is an exciting, innovative business and we’re delighted to support their ambitious growth targets.

“The new funding will boost the company’s cashflow, providing Sandeep and the team with the on-going working capital they need to connect more highly skilled professionals with job opportunities on a global scale.

“We look forward to working with them on their growth journey.”
