Yorkshire call centre announces creation of more than 150 jobs after "massive" lockdown growth
A Yorkshire call centre has announced that it will be hiring more than 150 people after seeing “massive growth” during lockdown.
CC33, which has three offices in Sheffield and Rotherham, has announced that it will be expanding its 350 strong workforce by 42 per cent.
The increase has been attributed to a series of new client wins while working remotely, following earlier expansions throughout 2019.
The roles that need filling include operations managers, team managers, quality managers and telesales specialists.
Paul Fletcher, founder and managing director, commented: “Our city has really felt the impact of the Covid-19 crisis – especially economically – so it’s fantastic to be able to provide opportunities to those who might have lost their income during this time.
“I’m extremely proud of my team who have worked extremely hard in order to drive the growth of CC33 despite the unprecedented circumstances we have found ourselves in.”
