Residential development in 'the new Shoreditch' set to launch
A new collection of apartments are set to be launched this week in East London.
Housing providers Notting Hill Genesis is set to officially launch residential development The Kiln Works on July 18.
Situated on the northern banks of the River Thames, the Limehouse development offers a range of one, two and three bedroom apartments.
In addition, the scheme is a five-minute walk from Limehouse DLR station and close to nearby Commercial Road.
James Munson, head of marketing at Notting Hill Genesis commented: “This area of east London offers a beautiful blend of new and old in terms of local amenities, as well as access to greener travel routes such as CS3 and the Thames path.
“Limehouse has rapidly become a popular location among home buyers who have realised the value of this area – our offering of London Help to Buy, alongside the government’s recent changes to the stamp duty threshold, offers a more affordable way of owning a property whilst being able to live a London lifestyle in a truly unique neighbourhood.”
