National legal firm takes Leeds space in "one of the largest office deals in the city"

A UK legal firm has announced that it has completed “one of the largest office deals” in Leeds this year.

Knights, which recently acquired Leeds law firm Shulmans, will be taking 22,000 sq ft of super prime Grade A office space at the Majestic in Leeds.

The company will be joining Channel 4 in the Majestic, which has been comprehensively refurbished by the Rushbond Group.

The deal, which is for a 15 year lease, was brokered by the Leeds office of global property consultancy Knight Frank.
