Snack brand set for 'Boundless' international growth with £1m fundraise
A healthy snack brand aiming to bring activated nuts and seeds to the masses has announced a £1m fundraise.
Boundless has secured the seven-figure funding from existing angel investors alongside a syndicate of high net worth individuals.
Founded by commodities trader-turned-entrepreneur Cathy Moseley, Boundless launched to market in November 2017 offering activated nuts and seeds snacks.
The funds will be used to drive the brand’s next phase of growth as well as support further expansion into Europe and the Middle East.
Cathy Moseley, Boundless founder, commented: “This is such a significant fundraise for us and one we believe will really help support our growth as we move into the next phase of the business.
“Our aim is to bring all the natural health benefits of activated nuts and seeds to the nation, and to do this at an accessible price point, whilst injecting bags of flavour and personality into the category. We truly believe the Boundless consumer doesn’t have to compromise.
“We’ve got a huge vision for [Boundless] and with gut health higher on the agenda than ever, our long term growth potential is huge. We’ve had a strong start to 2020, and are absolutely delighted to have secured this additional investment for the next stage of our journey.”
