New warehouse-style commercial units capture Hoxton's "arty cool vibe"
The final unit of a commercial development in the heart of East London has been launched.
Property developer Aitch Group has launched the second phase of its Eagle Wharf Road scheme at 1 & 5 Bracklyn Street in Hoxton.
Designed by architectural firm BuckleyGrayYeoman, the warehouse style unit provides 10,075 sq ft of commercial space.
The first phase of released units has already been let to Aldridge Securities and fashion brand JW Anderson.
Chelsea Reynolds, director at Aitch Group, commented: “Aitch Group are pleased to be releasing the second phase of commercial units at Eagle Wharf Road.
“The first phase of units has been successfully let due to the quality design and space provided, Eagle Wharf Road’s location in Hoxton and its connectivity.
“We anticipate the newly released unit will be rented by a business within the creative sphere, due to Hoxton’s arty cool vibe.”
