RFM Group, a growing property group specialising in construction, facilities management and maintenance, are pleased to have been selected by the Yorkshire Ambulance Service to refurbish their North Allerton and Bradford sites.
Following competitive tenders, RFM were identified as the most suitable contractor for the refurbishment of these key sites. Civil and hard landscaping works will include new parking bays, electric vehicle charging points, state of the art lighting, alongside new signage.
Work is due to start in August and will be completed in October 2020.
The bid was led by Client Services Director Mark Flanagan and Construction Managing Director Paul Mulhearn.
Mark Flanagan, RFM Group Client Services Director comments: “It is great to be recognised as a leading contractor in the area and build upon the other successful projects we’ve delivered for the NHS and commercial clients. Our successful bid was a result of a real team effort.”
Paul Mulhearn, RFM Group Construction Managing Director comments: “RFM are proud to be able to support the fantastic work of the NHS and the Ambulance service.
