Newly completed Canary Wharf neighbourhood takes shape
A newly completed residential development in an emerging London district has welcomed over 50 residents.
10 Park Drive at Wood Wharf is now home to its first residents, with only 70 apartments remaining at the Stanton Williams-designed building.
Joined by tenants of 10 George Street, managed by Canary Wharf’s dedicated Build-to-Rent arm Vertus, which opened in February the completion of One Park Drive in spring 2021 will see a further increase in the Estate’s fledgling population.
Brian De’ath, director of residential sales at Canary Wharf Group, commented: “East London has seen a rise in popularity for a number of years and the gradual completion of Wood Wharf will only enhance its desirability.
“The regeneration of the east is helping to bring a new generation of purchasers to this side of London.
“Canary Wharf has long been a prime destination, so to now offer the ability to live here is a huge selling point for us.”
